Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During sales, launches, or holidays, please allow a little extra time.

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Shipping Options:

  • $6.95 flat rate (Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days)

• All orders ship via USPS with tracking. You'll receive tracking info via email once your order has shipped.

• Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If there’s a mistake, email us ASAP at bailey@hautecowgirlthelabel.com—we’ll try our best to fix it before it ships.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or incorrect shipping info.

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with your local USPS office. Then contact us if needed—we’ll do everything we can to help.
