Returns
We hope you love every piece you order, but if something’s not quite right—we’ve got you.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition with tags and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, just shoot us an email at bailey@hautecowgirlthelabel.com with your Order ID, what you’re sending back, and why. We’ll get you a return label and all the details from there.
Please note: returns must be approved before they’re sent back—we can’t process unapproved returns.
We offer 1 free return per customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Certain items are final sale and can’t be returned, including:

If you’re unsure about something, feel free to reach out before ordering—we’re always happy to help.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom items, jewelry, and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If it is, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
